Oroville Police arrested Corey Ernest Dozier after he stole a car that lead to a car pursuit then crashed and ended up on a foot pursuit with a K-9 officer and being tasered.

A Magalia man was picking up papers on the 2700 block of Feather River Boulevard to deliver them when a man got inside his car and locked the door.

The suspect drove his 2003 Chevy Blazer around the parking lot and then went into the road.

The officers were able to arrest the suspect after pursuing him on Oro Bangor Highway then tasing him.

RP reports @ 12:55am that his wallet was in the vehicle at the time of theft. Asking PD if they can locate his wallet.”
